Lisa Olivia Munn was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The mother of her child, Kimberly Schmid, lived in Vietnam, and is of Chinese heritage, while her dad, Winston Barrett Munn, is from a family with long-standing roots within The American South. Olivia's parents split up when she was just 2 years old. Her mother raised her as well as her stepfather who is an United States Air Force officer. Although the family was spread throughout the world, her principal place of residence was Tokyo, Japan. It was where she appeared in stage productions in this time and became a fashion model for the Japanese business. Olivia returned to Los Angeles after the family's return to the United States. She pursued the dream of becoming an actor. After playing a couple of performances in her professional career, she took a very promising turn after she secured the part as Mily Acuna in the Hawaii-focused television show Beyond the Break (2006) as well as the part of Rob Schneider's receptionist Big Stan (2007). She hosts "The Daily Nut", "Formula D" and "The Formula D Podcasts" on G4. She enjoys surfing and has been practicing it ever since the television program Beyond the Break (2006). Her black belt is in the martial art of taekwondo. In the age of two, her mother remarried. She was married an US Air Force serviceman. Her family was primarily from Tokyo, Japan where her stepfather was a member. She was a journalist in the University of Oklahoma and also minored Japanese as well as dramatic arts and acting.
