Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Reykjavik, Iceland. The owner is of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it in addition. Annie is the first woman to ever win the two CrossFit Games. Her second place finish was at the 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter, is also a CrossFit athlete as well as a popular journalist. She was the winner of CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 two times as the first woman to win. In 2013, and in 2017 she took home in the Dubai Fitness Competition. The first time she participated was time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games held in California, where she did extremely well. Annie Thorisdottir is expected to turn 31 by 2021. She stands 5'7 tall, and weighs about 67 pounds. Annie began her CrossFit experience in 2009 California. She did well in her first races and placed in the top 10 out of 70. However, she was unable to achieve any success in this tournament and she ended her time with an overall score of 11. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. She finished 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's direction. It was in her second year, she participated in her second CrossFit Games. Due to her outstanding performance, she became the very first woman who won CrossFit Games. Annie's exceptional performance in 2012 helped her to a second CrossFit Games victory. This was the second time she won consecutively. In addition, in 2014 she was awarded a silver medal and recently in 2021 won a bronze medal in CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was founded by Annie. Annie is getting recognition for her athletic skills, is featured in ads for sporting products like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration, Yerbae Renaissance Periodization Transparent Labs and many more. Additionally, she owns a self-titled Youtube channel which has around a thousand viewers where her video clips, diet and travel vlogs are uploaded.
