Ina Garten is an American author of cookery books and Emmy Award-winning host of Food Network's longest-running program Barefoot Contessa that began airing in 2002 and will run for 27 seasons to 2020. Ina began writing Nuclear energy and policy documents in the White House. In the beginning, she was enthralled by the intellectual challenge that came with her work, but she quickly began to lose the interest. In her place, she purchased Barefoot Contessa, a specialty store for food. The store was a success for 18 years. the store extremely successful before selling it off before acquiring a pen and writing her first book. Others followed, and so were magazine articles. In the meantime, her Food Network television show too made its debut and became a huge success. Additionally, she offers everything from cooking equipment to items and even containers. Ina never went to any cookery schools nor was she employed in a restaurant. Ina is a self-taught cook. Ina's easygoing style of entertaining and her easy culinary style is widely known. The most well-known recipes she has created are the lemon chicken that she grills in a skillet and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon, the Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
